DynaFin Consulting is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brussels. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and data engineers, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimizing data processes within our organization.

Your Missions:
- Interview stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
- Analyze and translate key data and information to support business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies to outline high-level architecture for data delivery, including requirements and service level agreements.
- Model and define transformation rules to meet organizational needs and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Assist in data validation and cleansing to maintain data quality throughout the data chain.
- Provide reports that enable business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, including customer-centric, reference, transactional, and accounting data.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, with a good knowledge of French.
- You possess strong knowledge of data modeling and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python/Pyspark, PowerBI/Tableau, and Excel is required.
- You are motivated, an excellent communicator, autonomous, analytical, and possess strong time management skills.
