Your Role
- Research and Development: Develop statistical models for analysis and collaborate with product management and DevOps teams to devise solutions.
- Communication: Present results and statistical concepts to key stakeholders.
- Optimization: Use databases and project designs to enhance development efforts.
- Modeling: Create custom data models and algorithms to improve customer experiences and revenue generation.
- Testing: Develop A/B testing frameworks and assess model quality.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, econometrics, or business with an analytics focus.
- Skills: Strong foundation in math, science, programming, databases, modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Experience: Familiarity with R or Python, statistical techniques, data visualization, and communication.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, risk-assessing, and solution-oriented.
- Requirements: Valid EU work permit and no more than 3 years of work experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Experience with distributed data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
