Join the Snowflake Team as a Developer Growth Lead
Are you ready to be part of a team that is revolutionizing the data and AI landscape? Snowflake is seeking a Developer Growth Lead to significantly enhance our brand and awareness among developers, data scientists, and engineers. This role is pivotal in driving Snowflake's growth and engagement within the developer community.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute strategies to attract developers, data scientists, and engineers. Utilize channels such as SEO, content marketing, social media, brand ambassadors, and community partnerships to increase awareness.
- Collaborate with Corporate Teams: Work closely with Snowflake's corporate demand generation and growth teams to manage key developer destinations, including YouTube and developer education platforms.
- Define and Measure Key Metrics: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and continuously test and iterate on tactics through experimentation.
- Optimize User Acquisition and Engagement: Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Produce Technical Content: Collaborate with community and developer influencers to create technical content, tutorials, and documentation that resonate with developers.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 10+ years as a Growth Marketer or in a similar role, preferably within the developer tools space.
- Technical Understanding: Passion for developer and data science communities with proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, and user segmentation.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to spend three days a week working from our San Mateo office.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $162,000 - $231,000 per year.
- Additional Compensation: Eligible for Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
