Are you passionate about asset management and eager to work with cutting-edge technology? Waternet is seeking a skilled Maximo Application Engineer to join our Solution Asset Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in refining features, configuring Maximo, and tackling technical challenges in data-driven asset management.

What You'll Do

As an experienced Maximo Application Engineer, you will be part of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) scrum team within the Asset Services domain. This team, consisting of 10 members (excluding the product owner), focuses on digitizing and developing IT products for a data-driven asset management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and management of advanced Maximo solutions.
• Lead and assist the scrum team in solution selection, design, implementation, and testing.
• Promote Continuous Delivery and test-driven development principles within the team.
• Enhance team quality and output through active participation in feature and user story refinements.
• Act as a bridge between various scrum teams, leveraging available knowledge and techniques within the organization and domain architecture.
• Actively contribute to the realization of advanced Maximo solutions based on user needs.
• Share responsibility for decisions made and the quality of implementation.
• Think customer-oriented and flexibly when addressing new functional requirements.

Welcome to the Team

Within Solution Asset Services, five self-organizing scrum teams work daily to manage and develop IT products that support a data-driven asset management process. The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team is one of these five scrum teams.

We achieve this by digitizing parts of the asset management processes and listening closely to our customers' needs. In addition to Solution Asset Services, Solution Customer Services and Solution Information Services also work on digitizing our services.

The DevOps team EAM supports asset management processes related to Maximo.

What You Bring

• At least HBO work and thinking level.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Maximo application specialist and technical manager.
• Experience with Maximo Mobile.
• Knowledge of middleware, APIs, SQL, and clustered environments.
• Experience writing scripts within Maximo.

You are the connector between stakeholders and managers and have frequent contact with both. Therefore, you are communicatively skilled and can work well with different people. You can handle pressure from stakeholders well, as you are stress-resistant, and although you can collaborate well, you also work independently with ease. Furthermore, you are result-oriented, analytical, work accurately, and understand the necessity of documentation.

• A salary between €3,874 and €5,271 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• 21% of your monthly salary consists of an Individual Choice Budget (IKB). You can use this to buy extra leave hours, fund training, or have it paid out as salary.
