About the Role
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving IT incidents for end users and play a key role in preparing, implementing, and communicating IT changes. You will work on various challenging IT projects to implement new and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Device Management for Windows and Apple
- Application Management
- E-mail Management with Microsoft 365
- Hardware support
- Identity & Access Management
- Single Sign On
- Office networking
- Server maintenance and backup
- Office relocations
This role offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities for technical growth.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Interest in managing IT systems and networks
- A continuous improvement mentality
- Strong communication skills and an intrinsic motivation to help end users
- Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English, Dutch speaking is a plus

Location
This position is based in our Breda office, where our team of 7 people is committed to providing excellent IT solutions and support to all CM offices globally. Our mission within the Workspace department is to deliver a stable and secure IT Workspace and "on time" support to all CM colleagues through lean processes, smart automation, and Self Service.
