Role Overview
As a Senior Backend Developer specializing in Rust, you will be instrumental in backend software development for our Emobility product portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing an API integration abstraction layer using Rust, hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Integrating third-party APIs and designing data models and data concepts.
- Collaborating with solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Ensuring the maintenance of clean code and architectures, and performing necessary refactoring to enhance the product.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in software technologies and frameworks, and actively participating in our Software Development Chapters to share and discuss ideas.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are authentic, ambitious, and possess:
- Multiple years of experience in backend development using Rust.
- Proficiency in cloud-native software design and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, including serverless services.
- A proven track record in utilizing DevOps tooling such as GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, ARM, and Terraform.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Fluent English communication skills.
