About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of machine learning models, transitioning from development to production environments.
- Collaborate with solution advisors and business partners to align project initiatives with business goals.
- Engage with subject-matter experts to explore business problems and design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory considerations in data science delivery.
- Drive operational excellence across the data science team, ensuring compliant use of tooling and processes.
- Provide thought leadership on technological advances in AI and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in implementing solutions for unstructured text data using advanced NLP techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration across business units.
- Advanced Degree in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
