Job Description
As a Data (AI) Engineer at ARAG, you will be instrumental in developing a robust data infrastructure to support advanced AI models. You will play a crucial role in building data pipelines and platforms that feed AI models with clean, structured, and relevant data. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate and optimize the development of AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support AI model development and optimization.
- Contribute to building AI solutions for the business, such as automation, predictive models, and intelligent systems.
- Work on projects like the development of our AI Legal Assistant to support legal professionals in handling claims.
- Serve as a sparring partner for team members on technical challenges and solutions, especially in AI development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in setting up robust data pipelines and data models.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Experience in integrating and optimizing AI models within data pipelines is a plus.
- Technical background in fields like computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- Programming skills in languages such as R and Python, with knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with T-SQL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, and AI-related services like Azure Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with front-end reporting and tools like PowerBI and Oracle Business Intelligence.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills in both Dutch and English.
