Make, a leading automation platform, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst with a focus on Sales Analytics to join our dynamic team in Prague, Czech Republic. This role is pivotal in driving our data-driven approach to Go-To-Market and Sales strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Insights: Use data and insights to improve sales performance and provide clarity on the sales process. Develop pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, including dashboards, reports, and insights.
• Proactive Analysis: Interpret data to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the sales team and management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to create a data-driven sales strategy and vision. Contribute to revenue plans, including headcount and pipeline plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Go-To-Market Operations team to facilitate regular reviews and improve sales funnel intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive critical thinking and challenge the status quo.
• Technical Integration: Work with the Data Engineering team to connect sales touchpoints with product data.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data/Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive approach with a genuine curiosity to understand and share data insights.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market processes and metrics.
• Experience with CRM tools and databases (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Pipedrive).
• Eagerness to tackle new challenges and contribute to a data-driven culture.
