Overview
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic Technology team in Bucharest. This role is crucial for driving technological advancements and ensuring robust, secure software development practices across our global projects.
Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation: Understand and analyze business use cases and technical requirements to build and integrate infrastructure solutions for a complex system of microservices.
- Infrastructure Automation: Deliver complex infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, automating deployments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with developers to deliver the best possible solutions and provide specialist advice to management on resolving complex issues.
- SDLC and CI/CD: Develop software/scripts to support all SDLC activities using CI/CD automation, ensuring best practices in software development and deployment.
- System Improvements: Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture and help implement new technologies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on security.
- Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
