The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Frontend Developer Productivity, you will be part of our Frontend Infrastructure group. This role involves identifying, developing, and driving investments to improve the velocity and quality of our engineering efforts. You will work on a variety of projects including:
- Developing and maintaining the build and CI system for a large frontend monorepo.
- Enhancing core infrastructure required for developing and serving our frontends, such as feature flags, internationalization, and commit previews.
- Working on a GraphQL API for declarative data loading across many services.
- Contributing to Blueprint, our open-source UI framework used globally.
- Creating tools and VSCode extensions to improve developer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Design tools and infrastructure that simplify the development of performant applications.
- Identify pressing issues affecting our frontend developers and advocate for solutions.
- Extend our Gradle-based build tooling to manage the growth of our monorepo.
- Support other developers by answering questions, documenting workflows, and giving tech talks.

What We Require
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
