About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Bolt. You will work on unique product challenges such as complex algorithms for demand prediction, optimal real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, distributed systems, and much more. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt's growing backend and frontend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build: Develop Bolt's backend and frontend systems using JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Problem Solving: Proactively fix bugs and solve technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Contribute ideas to our product development roadmap and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years in software development with experience in JavaScript, Node.js, C++, Java, or any OO language.
- Education: A university degree in a technical subject such as Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Skills: Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and API design and development.
- Communication: Good English and communication skills.
