About the Role
As a Senior Growth Analyst at Bolt, you will be a pivotal member of our Growth team, working closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence our market campaigns and contribute to our global expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own the spending decisions for your assigned markets. Implement and manage incentive campaigns from start to finish.
- Data Analysis: Handle complex datasets, set up and analyze A/B tests, and develop new testing ideas with minimal guidance.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with team leads to optimize growth strategies and provide support through ad-hoc analysis and dashboard creation.
About You
- Educational Background: You should hold a BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Business.
- Professional Experience: Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of business experience, with a strong foundation in data handling and analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel is crucial.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
