About the Role
As the Lead Growth Analyst for Ride Hailing at Bolt, you will be at the forefront of implementing and executing pricing and incentives strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the Ride-Hailing vertical. This role involves a blend of analytical rigor and strategic leadership, making it ideal for someone who excels in data-driven decision making and has a passion for impactful leadership.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact on profitability and growth. Lead the execution of growth analytics projects with a focus on pricing optimization and campaign management.
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making. Use statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques to interpret complex data sets.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a direct report, fostering their professional development. Lead by example through hands-on involvement in analytical tasks.
- Market Management and Technical Deployment: Oversee the technical deployment of tools and models for pricing and campaigns across markets. Design processes to track market performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaigns Management: Drive the success of growth campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Pricing Optimization: Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to meet annual net profit goals.
- Budgeting and Investment Optimization: Play a key role in the budgeting process, providing input for pricing and incentives strategy execution.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in an analytical role, with a track record in project delivery and driving net profit through analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL) and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
