About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at College Board, you will be part of the Item Cloud team, dedicated to building and driving innovation for internal-facing web applications that support our core products. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both user-facing features and back-end services for our applications, primarily using React, TypeScript, and AWS services.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and reliable serverless and container-based applications in the cloud.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CDK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and promote best practices.
- Optimize application performance and implement automated testing frameworks.
- Engage in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to rapidly deploy high-quality code.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in working with AWS cloud services and serverless architecture.
- Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
