Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a team of data scientists and AI engineers. Define and execute a data science strategy aligned with our mission to deliver AI-powered compliance solutions.
- AI Product Development: Spearhead the development of generative AI models and AI agents to automate complex compliance tasks. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our offerings.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration between the data science team and other departments. Serve as an internal advocate for AI and engage with external partners to keep our AI capabilities at the cutting edge.
Experience & Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in data science and AI in a commercial environment.
- Proven experience in building and leading data science teams.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with AWS and related data services.
