Job Overview
Workiy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior RESTful API Developer to join our engineering team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and develop RESTful APIs using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain REST APIs.
- Utilize Visual Studio 2022 (VS2022) and GitHub for code development and version control.
- Design, develop, and manage databases using Oracle and SQL Server.
- Work with Entity Framework for data access and management.
- Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in using Visual Studio 2022 for development and GitHub for version control.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in designing and managing SQL Server databases.
- Expertise in using Entity Framework for data access and management.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in integrating applications with Docusign.
- Familiarity with Operational Performance Engineering (OPE) principles.
- Comfortable with and experienced in remote pair programming environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Several years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
