Job Description
Join our Advanced Support team at Blip, where you will be pivotal in solving complex product issues and developing internal tools to enhance customer experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will tackle challenging technical problems, make impactful decisions, and adhere to the best coding practices to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools and automations to prevent issues and facilitate analysis.
- Improve and modify Blip products.
- Implement continuous delivery using agile methodologies in a high-performance team.
- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to changes.
- Employ robust software architecture standards through clean code, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Actively participate in deployments and releases.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in application development using C# or Java.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Critical thinking for process and tool improvements.
- Advanced knowledge in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with continuous integration tools (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Pull Requests and code reviews.
- Collaborative work ethic and openness to feedback.
- Experience with Pair Programming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications.
- Knowledge of the Blip Platform.
- Experience with AI-related applications.
- Advanced English or Spanish.
