Join Our AI Scalability Team as a Senior Software Engineer
Blip is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Scalability team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our AI team's deliveries. You will be actively involved in implementing technical solutions, including cloud migration, developing internal tools, decoupling back-end systems, enhancing observability, and creating testing environments for AI.
Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation: Contribute to the technical implementation and scalability strategies of the AI team, participating in projects such as cloud migration and the creation of specific tools.
- Engineering Practices: Maintain and improve engineering practices for back-end decoupling, observability, and AI testing.
- Technical Consultation: Assist in technical consultation for strategic decisions related to AI solution architecture and automation.
- Software Security and Efficiency: Ensure that software solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in software development with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Software Design and Architecture: Experience in software design and architecture, and in testing and launching software products.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in technical leadership roles or leading small teams in technology projects.
- AI Projects: Practical experience in AI projects, especially related to scalability and performance.
