About the Role
Kiddom is on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in developing high-quality, scalable web applications that enhance educational technology. You will be working closely with both the design and product teams to shape the feature roadmap and ensure timely releases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and product teams to set feature roadmap and release deadlines.
- Lead full stack development, both front-end and back-end, maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Guide the team in making intelligent and pragmatic technical trade-offs.
- Design and implement user-facing products.
- Apply deep understanding of web technologies to make informed engineering and design decisions.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
What We Look For
- 7+ years of experience in front-end web technologies.
- Proven track record as a technical team lead in full-stack development.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and potentially Golang or C.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React; familiarity with Redux and Webpack is a plus.
- Ability to work with CSS pre-processors and strategies for writing maintainable CSS.
