About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our DOT business unit at Innovatrics, where you will play a pivotal role in leading the technology direction, development, and future growth of our fastest growing product, the Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT). This key leadership position involves overseeing the overall product technology development.
Responsibilities
- Manage Development Teams: Oversee all developers within the DOT product business unit, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile development teams, and DevOps.
- Talent Management: Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring a high-performing team. Establish clear goals and expectations for each team member. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with product management and the DOT business unit director to co-define the technical vision and strategy of the product.
- Innovation and Technology Oversight: Bring, test, and validate innovative ideas to the product. Discover new technologies that yield competitive advantage. Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the development teams.
- Product Development: Oversee and improve processes used for product development using Kanban methodology. Understand the main business use cases to oversee the design of the architecture for key product features.
Requirements
- Hard Skills: Completed degree in computer sciences or engineering with 8+ years relevant work experience. Proven experience in a similar technical leadership role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban. Deep knowledge of modern deployment and development infrastructure including CI/CD, unit and end-to-end testing, and cloud/enterprise deployment.
- Soft Skills: Customer-centric mindset, excellent team management skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
