Overview
Join Zip Co, a leading digital financial services company, as a Software Engineer II in our US sales engineering team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for software development and a drive to create innovative solutions in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-native software applications.
- Collaborate with third parties to ensure our plugins, mobile SDKs, and other public-facing software are up-to-date.
- Build solutions to address unique merchant or partner requirements.
- Ensure a smooth go-live experience with Zip.
Challenges
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Manage multiple projects and context switch effectively.
- Continuously improve the codebase and suggest areas for further enhancement.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer in an Agile team.
- Proficiency in .NET Core and React JS.
- Experience with mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Wix.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
