We are seeking a Software Engineering Technical Lead to join our team in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role is pivotal in driving our company's innovation and commitment to technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Architectural Discussions: Guide high-level architectural discussions and technical decision-making, ensuring all technical implications are understood.
• Documentation and Demos: Create necessary documentation, diagrams, and demos to guide technical decisions.
• Task Management: Organize and prioritize work by breaking down feature epics into manageable tasks, delegating or completing tasks as needed.
• Code Reviews: Conduct daily code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support team members to foster their professional growth.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Developer Experience: Optimize the developer experience by addressing pain points in the development process.
• Technical Guidance: Make informed judgment calls on technical matters and guide the team through uncertainty.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a team lead or architect role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React/Redux, REST APIs, CI/CD systems, Docker, GCP/Kubernetes, AWS, and S3.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey technical concepts.
• Proactive Approach: A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Competitive Salary: €110,000 to €130,000 annually.
