Job Overview
Bynder is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Software Engineering team in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in managing and guiding the engineering staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both customer and company needs.
Responsibilities
- People Management: Identify the right candidates for the teams, engage and retain employees, foster career growth, set clear objectives, and address performance issues.
- Competence Leadership: Maintain expertise in the field, improve process efficiency, assure quality and compliance, manage budgets, and advocate for team resources.
- Technical Leadership: Train and mentor team members, troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to strategic decisions, and guide teams through technical challenges.

Qualifications
