Job Overview
As a Solution Engineering Manager at Oracle, you will lead a team dedicated to providing cloud solutions across various Oracle applications like ERP, EPM, and SCM. This role is pivotal in partnering with the Sales organization to drive the success of enterprise-level Life Sciences accounts in North America.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Lead by example, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team success in pre-sales activities.
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Work closely with sales executives to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement. Lead the collaboration with key stakeholders to drive the sales process and achieve business goals.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Utilize innovative tools and approaches to enhance the presentation of Oracle’s cloud solutions, thereby differentiating Oracle in the market.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of delivery and continuous improvement. Provide regular feedback and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cloud applications, particularly in ERP, SCM, and EPM.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
- Experience in complex sales environments and strategic partnership development.
