Role Overview
As a Staff Backend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and architecting core infrastructure software, including APIs, microservices, and database modeling. You will lead development initiatives and work on integrating backend services such as decentralized databases, user authentication, eCommerce platforms, and customer insight systems into our products. Your work will involve close collaboration with UX engineers and product managers to implement platform requirements.

Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of experience in a professional engineering role.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have experience with cloud systems such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- You are language-agnostic but have a preference for Python, Node, Java, and/or Go.
- You have a strong understanding of modern deployment processes, including comfort with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
