Our SaaS platform, combined with expert support, offers a comprehensive solution for PIC.
Your Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including customers, to solve complex technical issues.
- Lead projects with long-term strategic value.
- Advocate for best practices and provide high-level technical guidance.
- Influence and mentor engineers, helping them reach the next level.
- Balance product and engineering needs with business strategy.
- Maintain and improve code quality across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of architecture and design decisions.
- Provide technical guidance to the leadership team.
- Attract external engineering talent as an ambassador of the organization.
- Remove technical blockers and identify innovation opportunities.
- Educate and mentor engineering teams.

What You Need
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong foundation in API design and data modeling.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Understanding of server-side technologies and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Vue.js, Docker, Redis, and Gitlab Pipelines.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
