Mission
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Identify technical challenges and propose proactive solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and apply them to enhance our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and various programming languages including Python, Django, Go, and React/Typescript.
