Technical Lead - Front-End (TypeScript, React)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Cracow, Poland. As a Technical Lead, you will leverage your expertise in TypeScript and React to design and develop cutting-edge, enterprise-level front-end architectures for our applications. You will be at the forefront of innovation, prototyping key new functionalities, and evaluating emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Utilize your expertise in TypeScript and React to create robust front-end architectures for enterprise applications.
• Innovation and Prototyping: Lead the team in prototyping new functionalities and evaluating emerging technologies to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
• Technical Leadership: Drive strategy in collaboration with various experts across multiple disciplines and lead the overall technical vision and delivery on large-scale projects.
• Mentorship: Contribute to the improvement of the engineering culture by mentoring other developers and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Management Technology team to provide solutions that meet regulatory requirements and create business value.

Your Team

You will be part of the Data Management Technology team in Poland, a global team providing Data Management Technology Solutions including Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Quality Monitoring to all Business Areas, Support, and Control Functions.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in Web Development: Strong skills in TypeScript and React.
• Technical Leadership: Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English.
• Project Management: Good understanding of the project and software development lifecycle, preferably with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
• Cultural Fit: Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives.
