Role Overview
As the Programmamanager AI at De Nederlandsche Bank, you will spearhead a bank-wide AI program aimed at maximizing the use of AI across all core tasks of the bank. This role involves developing and overseeing the strategy to ensure it is embraced across the bank, and leading a team to achieve the program's objectives over a three-year span.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a vision and policy for AI, translating it into a bank-wide mandate.
- Coordinate and manage internal AI projects and IT products from inception to completion, including stakeholder management.
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports, ensuring effective program execution.
- Stay updated with internal and external developments in AI, translating these into actionable policies and initiatives.
- Manage resources, priorities, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools.
- Maintain relationships with relevant external parties.
Who You Are
- You possess a clear vision and deep knowledge of AI, data, and innovation management.
- Experienced in leading change and successfully implementing end-to-end programs.
- Skilled in Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Academically proficient with a broad understanding of the financial sector, monetary policy, and payment systems.
- Naturally authoritative with effective political-administrative skills.
- Excellent communicator in both Dutch and English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Working at De Nederlandsche Bank
- Located in Amsterdam, you will work in a hybrid model, with at least half of your week spent on-site.
- The office environment is informal, characterized by collegiality, a focus on results, and a high quality standard.
- The role is initially set until January 1, 2028, with a strong focus on societal impact and continuous innovation.
