We are seeking pragmatic, experienced AI developers to leverage AI across various domains in banking, including enhancing customer interaction within our contact center.

Your Job

As a Senior AI Developer, you will:

• Implement cutting-edge AI solutions, such as summarizing and analyzing customer conversations for our contact center, and other banking domains, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
• Participate in the ideation and design of AI solutions with intrapreneurs and business experts.
• Collaborate with a team of data scientists, software, and platform engineers to implement end-to-end AI solutions from development to deployment.
• Experiment with and implement new AI technologies (like ChatGPT), algorithms, and methods in bank-wide projects (e.g., in Financial Crime or Operations).
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the AI team, empowering members to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues, nurturing their growth and development within the AI domain.

Your Profile

• Academic background (MSc) in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Proven track record in delivering AI applications (minimum 3 years).
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Pragmatic and value-focused, willing to work with existing solutions to reduce time-to-market.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

We Are Offering

• The gross monthly salary is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and Benefit Budget.
• Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks.
• Personal development budget of €1,000 per year.
