About The Team
The MMS team is at the core of Stripe's business. We work with product engineering and infrastructure teams across the company to build platforms that support money movement for products like Connect, Issuing, and Corporate Card. Our work aims to simplify the global handling of money, making it easier to build products and services that reach worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs and services.
- Handle large-scale systems that manage billions of money movement requests efficiently.
- Apply analytical skills to dissect information, analyze data, and detect patterns leading to cost savings.
- Debug and solve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Mentor early-career engineers and help them grow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build new features at large-scale, improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Who You Are
We're looking for candidates with a strong technical background, excellent coding skills, and a passion for problem-solving in the fintech space. You should be familiar with the full life cycle of software development and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
