Job Overview
As a BI Analyst Sales/Controlling, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our sales and controlling departments. You will be responsible for conducting needs analyses, sales reporting, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Needs Analyses and Sales Reporting: After your onboarding, you will independently conduct needs analyses and sales reporting.
- Create and Deliver Revenue Analyses: You will be responsible for creating and delivering revenue analyses, plan-actual comparisons, and strategically important KPIs.
- Develop and Optimize KPIs: Develop and optimize KPIs and sales-relevant reports to enhance business performance.
- Support Planning and Forecasting: Assist in annual and mid-term planning as well as forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Derive actionable recommendations for process optimization.
- Present Results: Present results and decision-making bases to management.
- Support Management: Provide relevant analyses to support company management and take on organizational tasks.

- Data Analysis and BI Tools: Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
