About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist in the Investment Modeling team at Bolt, you will be at the forefront of optimizing investment strategies across multiple cities globally. Your primary responsibility will be to develop sophisticated forecasting models to predict the short and long-term impacts of various incentives on business growth. You will utilize advanced optimization techniques to allocate incentives effectively over time and across different channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting business growth.
- Apply novel forecasting techniques and methods to improve model accuracy.
- Deploy models quickly to production environments using tools like AWS, Docker, and SageMaker.
- Work closely with data analysts, product managers, and software engineers in cross-functional teams.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
About You
- Proven industry experience in data science and machine learning (3+ years recommended).
- Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to identify trends and insights.
- Proficient in Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and sklearn.
- Experience in time series analysis and multivariate forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
