About the Role
As a Senior Growth Analyst at Bolt, you will take ownership of campaign spending decisions and contribute significantly to the marketplace's success by meticulously analyzing the return on investment (ROI). Your expertise will enable us to determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets.
- Optimize decisions to help the country team reach their growth targets.
- Wrangle complex data sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests, and analyzing results using statistical techniques to guide your decision-making.
- Proactively work with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive collaboration and maximize investments.
- Identify valuable opportunities in the team and contribute to global campaigns team playbook, processes, and product requests.
About You
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, and/or on-demand is a plus.
- Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel. Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong collaboration skills with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fluent in English.
