What to Expect as a Cloud Engineer
As a Cloud Engineer at Topicus, you will be part of the Technical Management team within our Finance division. This team consists of 12 dedicated IT professionals. You will have the opportunity to specialize in cloud technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service and Red Hat Openshift, or work as a generalist. Your colleagues are enthusiastic automation enthusiasts, decisive, analytical, improvement-oriented, quality-focused, and above all, super friendly!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to develop and implement cloud solutions.
- Specialize in cloud technologies or work as a generalist, depending on your preference.
- Continuously improve and develop your skills through our Development Compass, Topicus University, and other learning opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should be driven to grow every day. Ambition is important, but not the only success factor. We value:
- Several years of experience with Azure and/or Kubernetes platforms.
- HBO working and thinking level or a completed HBO education in the direction of ICT.
