Coinbase is seeking a passionate Consumer Ecosystem Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in building a global onchain economy that fosters innovation, creativity, and economic freedom. As a Consumer Ecosystem Lead, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives that position Base as the preferred network for creators, brands, developers, and users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that position Base as the preferred network.
- Maintain productive relationships with partners, establishing shared KPIs and resolving business, policy, and technical issues.
- Provide recommendations for expansion opportunities that directly impact product roadmaps and business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to optimize builder programs and experiences.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technology, crypto, investing, or consulting.
- Strong passion for onchain media (e.g., social, games, creators).
- Results-driven mindset with humility and self-awareness.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of driving positive partner experiences and managing multiple complex projects.
