Job Overview
LVMH Beauty Tech is seeking a Core Back End Platforms Lead Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic IT team dedicated to the Beauty Division. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing our IT capabilities across various domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, finance, HR, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Define Target Architecture
- Develop a comprehensive target architecture that aligns with the business challenges of the Maisons and the overall vision of the Beauty division's Information Systems.
- Leverage best practices and standards from the Beauty division, LVMH Group, and the market to transition from a business vision to a technological one.
Evaluate and Transform
- Assess the current state of the Maisons across regions and markets to define suitable transformation plans using a "Glocal" approach.
Support Projects & Programs
- Define architecture, identify critical issues, and manage dependencies in projects and programs.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards by liaising with solution/technical architects.
Governance and Community Engagement
- Contribute to defining and implementing LVMH Beauty Division architecture governance.
- Participate in establishing and animating the community of architects within the Beauty division.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and community activities organized by LVMH Group.
Stay Updated
- Keep abreast of new market solutions, standards, and regulatory impacts.
Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, preferably in an international environment, with significant experience in the Back Office domain.
- Skills: Strong leadership, autonomy, and influencing abilities. Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
- Technical Expertise: Application & technical architecture, software, data, integration, cloud, security, and compliance.
- Knowledge: Solid expertise in ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, QMS, LIMS, OMS, HR & Finance IS.
Location
This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, with occasional travel required based on project needs.
