Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and Guide: Lead initiatives to explore new territories and enhance customer and employee experiences.
- Incubate and Structure: Develop agile and robust projects, ensuring they align with business needs and technological possibilities.
- Acculturate: Organize internal events, promote new concepts, and contribute to digital acculturation webinars.
- Explore: Collaborate with business units and project managers to understand needs, select appropriate technologies, and ensure security and confidentiality.
- Industrialize: Ensure scalability and performance of AI solutions, integrate models into existing systems, and manage project documentation and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Master's degree in Information Systems with a specialization in data science or data engineering.
- Experience: At least 8 years in data science, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data science tools and libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects and teams, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in English.
