Responsibilities

• Delivering UI changes and campaigns to meet specific business objectives
• Planning with product and marketing teams to ensure the roadmap is aligned with our business goals
• Grow a world class team of engineers and support them in doing the best work of their career
• Develop and improve processes that ensure consistent delivery against objectives and drive strong alignment across teams
• Evolve the organizational structure to meet long term objectives

What We Look For

• BS in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ people
• Experience with React and REST API backends
• Familiarity with distributed systems
• Ability to recruit world-class talent, and make sure they have the conditions to do their best work
• Use creativity to get outcomes, not outputs
• Growth mindset, courage and curiosity to stretch beyond your previous experiences

Big Bonus Points

• Strong familiarity with at least one compiled language such as Rust, Go
• Growth engineering experience
