Responsibilities
- Delivering UI changes and campaigns to meet specific business objectives
- Planning with product and marketing teams to ensure the roadmap is aligned with our business goals
- Grow a world class team of engineers and support them in doing the best work of their career
- Develop and improve processes that ensure consistent delivery against objectives and drive strong alignment across teams
- Evolve the organizational structure to meet long term objectives
What We Look For
- BS in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ people
- Experience with React and REST API backends
- Familiarity with distributed systems
- Ability to recruit world-class talent, and make sure they have the conditions to do their best work
- Use creativity to get outcomes, not outputs
- Growth mindset, courage and curiosity to stretch beyond your previous experiences

- Strong familiarity with at least one compiled language such as Rust, Go
