Role Overview
As the Software Engineering Manager for Consumer Experiences at Flowcode, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting mobile-first, consumer-focused experiences. This pivotal role involves guiding a multi-disciplined technical team to drive user growth and revenue through engaging features and robust consumer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership: Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of technical projects in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
- Team Management: Build and mentor a team of skilled software engineers, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Strategic Testing: Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy to measure and optimize consumer experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align on goals and maximize impact.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within a SaaS environment, with a strong background in consumer-facing products.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 per year
