Role Overview
As a Founding Product Engineer at Momentic, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our engineering efforts. You will own the entire technical stack, from our foundational AI layer to the customer-facing web app. This role involves direct interaction with customers to gather feedback and provide support, as well as involvement in roadmap prioritization and sequencing of deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership: Manage and develop the entire technical stack, ensuring integration and functionality from the AI layer to the web interface.
- Customer Interaction: Regularly speak with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document all processes and share knowledge across the team to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work regularly from our SoMa office.
- Experience with LLMs: Practical experience in building products powered by large language models is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role.
- Self-Management: High sense of agency and accountability with the ability to prioritize work independently.
- Technical Adaptability: Ability to immerse in unfamiliar topics and understand complex technical concepts to make informed decisions.
- Interest in AI and Software Testing Tools: A keen interest in AI and software testing tools is necessary for success in this role.
