The Problem We’re Solving

Programmatic SEO is a powerful growth strategy used by companies like Zapier and Canva to acquire millions of visitors. However, building a programmatic SEO engine is currently complex and expensive, requiring input from SEO analysts, content marketers, software engineers, and data scientists. Daydream is simplifying this process by automating every aspect of building a programmatic SEO engine.

Due to the rapid growth in demand for our platform, we are expanding our team to accelerate product development. We are seeking senior engineers who are excited to work with large language models (LLMs) to serve one of the biggest markets in the world.

The Role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will:

Build the Daydream Web App: Architect the frontend and backend of our app, focusing on performance, maintainability, security, and scalability.
Ensure App Quality and UX: Work closely with our designer to maintain a high-quality user experience.
Engage with Customers: Gather feedback and translate it into actionable technical requirements and improvements.

What You’ll Achieve

1 Month: Gain context on our team and product, commit your first code, and start building features.
3 Months: Research exploratory ideas, implement backend changes independently, and scope out new feature ideas.
6-9 Months: Support new hires and help onboard them to our codebase.

Compensation

Salary: €150,000 - €200,000 per year
Equity: 1% to 1.5%
