Role Overview
As a Lead Backend Engineer at Daydream, you will be at the forefront of building the operating system for business. You will tackle complex engineering challenges, including building Figma-like applications and handling large data sets. Your role will involve architecting and scaling our core product and technical vision, ensuring performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and scale backend systems using Java and Python.
- Solve complex engineering problems involving graph traversal algorithms like DFS and BFS.
- Implement and maintain data structures and algorithms for large-scale applications.
- Work on DevOps, AWS, and data engineering tasks involving large data sets.
- Ensure security and compliance, including SOC2 compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Bring
