Integration Engineer – EMEA

Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer for the EMEA region at Brooks Running, you will play a crucial role in integrating our core ERP system, Infor M3, with various cloud-based solutions. This integration is vital for supporting our eCommerce and wholesale businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining the enterprise integration middleware, Infor ION, ensuring best practices, processes, standards, and tools are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development: Collaborate with technical and business teams to create new or enhanced connections between enterprise solutions, including ERP, eCommerce, order management, and more.
Middleware Maintenance: Maintain and support the Infor OS middleware technology and integration architecture patterns.
Global Team Collaboration: Work as an extended member of the Enterprise Applications team to ensure global consistency in processes and priorities.
Technical Support: Serve as the first-line support for integration middleware, resolving issues and performing root-cause analysis on production application failures.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, system context diagrams, and technical specifications.
System Upgrades and Enhancements: Support system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, ensuring ITIL-based change control processes are followed.
Disaster Recovery: Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and annual testing for each assigned application.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of Java programming experience with exposure to integration technologies such as EDI, JSON, XML, Web Services, APIs, Middleware, Service Bus, and SFTP.
3+ years of experience with industry-standard middleware platforms, preferably Infor technologies.
2+ years of experience with Infor ION and M3 E-Collaborator (MEC) integration design, development, and deployment.
Experience with Infor M3 Grid and LifeCycle Manager is highly desired.
Experience in the retail/fashion industry is a plus.
Strong SQL skills for database querying and troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL service management framework and best practices.
