What You'll Do
- Lead a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and quality of the KrakenFlex platform.
- Integrate solutions that complement existing core platform services.
- Support the services your team builds and contribute to development across the entire stack.
- Drive the software engineering culture in collaboration with other technical leads.
- Line manage, motivate, and support a team of developers, fostering a transparent and supportive environment.
What You'll Need
- Extensive industry experience in software development and design.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and experience with AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Experience in developing, securing, or operating cloud-scale applications or infrastructure.
- Leadership experience with high-performance teams in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with excellent communication abilities.
