Job Description
As a Lead Solution Engineer in Financial Services at Salesforce, you will be part of a team that is deeply passionate about customer success, technology, and business growth. Your role involves strategic thinking, problem solving, and working closely with sales teams to drive new business and help companies achieve their growth goals. You will engage in discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions using the Salesforce technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop business or account strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and craft tailored solutions.
- Articulate the benefits of Salesforce solutions across various customer levels, from IT staff to C-level executives.
- Create positive customer experiences through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Leverage technical skills to build demo solutions and establish trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with a broader team to develop comprehensive multi-cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and industry trends.
- Experience in presales, solution engineering, consultancy, or software delivery, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other leading business applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
