Job Overview
Join Mangopay as a Senior Solution Engineer in our Berlin office, where you will play a pivotal role in powering the payment infrastructure for the world's most innovative marketplaces and platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team spread across Europe, contributing to projects that impact major e-commerce and retail platforms.
Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on our products, understanding client payment requirements and recommending solutions.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with prospects to design workflows and integrate our payment solutions into their business use cases.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are up-to-date and meet industry standards.
- Implementation: Drive the implementation of our products, leveraging in-house tools to automate integration work.
- Product Development: Participate in product development, providing feedback on new features and functionalities.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing technical support during the implementation and integration phases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solution engineering, preferably in the payment industry.
- Strong programming skills and experience with APIs, SDKs, and payment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Information
- Interview Process: Includes an HR call, interviews with the Lead SE and Sales team, and a case study debrief with the VP SE and CGO.
