Job Overview
As a Senior Solutions Engineer in the Solutions Engineering team, your primary goal is to design the prospect’s end-state solution in collaboration with the prospect. You will leverage your understanding of the prospect’s challenges and the value to be realized to propose the right solution. You will be part of the Solutions Engineering team within the Sales department and the larger Solutions Group, where you will play a leading role due to your excellent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Solutions: Collaborate with prospects to design their end-state solutions, ensuring alignment with their digital ambitions.
- Technical and Business Alignment: Translate technical requirements into business outcomes, ensuring all stakeholders, from board members to engineering teams, understand the proposed solutions.
- Global Engagement: Work on a global scale, traveling as needed to engage with prospects and clients worldwide.
- Sales Cycle Navigation: Lead technology deep dives, proof of concepts, workshops, and feedback sessions throughout the sales cycle.
- Team Collaboration: Join a global team spread across various locations, including Amsterdam, London, Dubai, Atlanta, Boise, Toronto, Singapore, and Sydney.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience as a digital banking consultant for a leading vendor, with expertise in the Business Banking domain.
- Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
- Attributes: Digital savvy, entrepreneurial mindset, team player, self-motivated, and able to drive progress and meet deadlines.
- Language: Proficient in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, work well under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This position is based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, and requires on-site work. You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team, working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
