Job Overview
Join Microsoft's Worldwide Learning team as a Technical Trainer specializing in Data & AI. This role is crucial for educating enterprise customers and partners on Microsoft Azure, focusing on cloud computing and AI technologies. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Azure training program and ensuring our customers can fully leverage Azure capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and engage customers through digitally enhanced virtual and in-person trainings.
- Continually skill yourself on the most innovative technologies related to cloud computing.
- Provide feedback to improve and innovate technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
- Act as an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in cloud computing concepts and solutions.
- Hold at least one advanced cloud-based certification.
- 3+ years as a motivating communicator, able to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a current Certified Trainer qualification, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer.
- Experience conducting virtual or in-person classroom training related to technology.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly with Data Platform Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.
